In this role, you will provide administrative support across the Student Services area, ensuring efficient operations and delivering excellent service to both students and internal stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the department and assigned projects.
- Compile and maintain data, reports and records accurately and efficiently.
- Support the delivery of departmental services and activities in line with established procedures.
- Ensure information is kept up to date and compliant with administrative requirements.




- Monitor activities and provide information and support when required.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Qualifications
- Degree in Education or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Professional, service-oriented and proactive approach.
