In this role you drive HR data insight by owning Workday reporting and analytics, delivering actionable workforce insights for integral leaders. You will design scalable reporting solutions, including dashboards and governance, and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate questions into meaningful analytics. You’ll blend HR tech, data visualization, and AI to accelerate decision-making and ensure data quality. This position offers impact across the organization and opportunities to innovate within a SOX-controlled environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own and evolve Workday reporting ecosystem (custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, BIRT reports) and deliver timely insights for HR leaders.
• Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting across headcount, turnover, compensation, talent, recruiting, payroll, and workforce planning.
• Translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions to improve visibility and data-informed decisions.
• Develop analytics capabilities beyond Workday using Power BI, Databricks, and other modern tools.
• Design interactive dashboards that combine data from multiple HR and business systems.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate report development, improve documentation, and enhance data quality processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and modernize reporting while improving user self-service and experience.
• Partner with Workday, HR Operations, governance stakeholders to ensure alignment with standards and enterprise needs.

• Document reporting logic, data lineage, refresh schedules, and opportunities to consolidate reporting solutions.
