As a hands-on transformation leader at Roche, you will bridge digital strategy, advanced analytics, and operational execution to elevate Pharma Technical Operations. You’ll lead high-impact initiatives that replace legacy models with scalable, tech-enabled capabilities across global operations. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to realize measurable value, while promoting a culture of agile, evidence-based change. This role offers the opportunity to shape digital and data capabilities at scale in a regulated, global environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design, own, and deliver high-impact digital programs aligned with executive and site-level roadmaps
• Lead end-to-end deployment of data governance, AI/ML models, AgenticAI, and shopfloor automation into manufacturing routines
• Use diagnostics and metrics to build business cases and track real-world value realization
• Collaborate with OCM to drive adoption, translate user analytics into design improvements, and align with governance roadmaps
• Ensure digital interventions comply with GxP, Data Integrity, and evolving global regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, Annex 11)
• Scale pilots into enterprise-wide digital products across the general network
• Coach sites and teams in Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking to build durable digital capabilities
• Systematize methodologies and transformation models for consistent performance improvements across the network
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of leading digital, data, or operational excellence transformations in complex, matrixed settings
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical operations, biotech, healthcare IT, or regulated GxP industries
• Strong grasp of data architecture, xghoner AI/ML applications, and digital adoption platforms (WalkMe, Pendo)
• Proven ability to combine Lean/Six Sigm
