We are looking for a Trade Marketing & Category Specialist to join our Pet Care business and support the development and execution of category and commercial initiatives across different markets.
This is a hands-on specialist role, adecuado for someone with 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Sales Development or a similar commercial function, who is looking to continue developing their career in an international environment.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and local teams, you will help translate commercial and category priorities into practical tools, customer activations and market initiatives.
What will you do?
Category & Market Analysis
- Support the development and implementation of category plans across Pet Care markets.
- Analyse category, customer, consumer and competitor information to identify opportunities and market trends.
- Prepare category analyses,
customer presentations and market updates.
- Monitor category performance and support regular business reviews.
Trade Marketing & Activation
- Support the development and coordination of trade marketing activities and customer activation plans.
- Coordinate promotional activities, point-of-sale materials, customer campaigns and in-store activations.
- Work with local teams to ensure initiatives are adapted to their market and customer needs.
- Track results and support the analysis of activation effectiveness.
- Support Sales Executives and Sales Analysts with pricing analysis and implementation.
- Monitor market positioning, competitor pricing and promotional activity.
- Prepare analyses and information to support commercial decision-making.
- Develop sales presentations, category reviews, selling stories and other customer-facing materials.
