You will drive growth by identifying and winning large enterprise accounts for Sierra’s AI assistant platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market motions and craft tailored proposals that land strategic deals. This role combines prospecting, relationship management, and deal leadership to expand deployment and revenue across enterprise clients. You join an early GTM team with a mission to scale impactful AI solutions for top brands.

• Prospect and generate leads with a focus on enterprise customers to build revenue and pipeline
• Manage senior stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for large clientes
• Lead negotiations and close complex deals, coordinating with legal and finance
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets; tailor presentations and proposals
• Help define the sales motion and shape GTM processes in collaboration with marketing and product
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, product, technical, and operations teams to deliver the product
Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in an enterprise customer-facing sales role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience managing xghoner a $1M+ quota and running end-to-end complex deals
• Analytical mindset for market trend analysis and data-driven decisions
• Proven track record in identifying and closing enterprise clients through research, networking, and cold outreach
