Then join our team in Perú The purpose of this role is to add capacity that will support current hiring demand while contributing to the development of a standardized, data-driven, technology-enabled Regional Talent Acquisition function, positioned to support Stantec's future growth across LATAM. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional, technical, and leadership positions. Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines. Drive Brass Ring adoption and leverage data to support hiring decisions. Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of Talent Acquisition processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Talent Acquisition. Experience recruiting for engineering, mining, infrastructure,
environmental, or consulting organizations is highly preferred. Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Brass Ring. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Share Point). Experience using talent acquisition metrics and reporting tools such as Power BI. Familiarity with AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
