This role will involve a blend of administrative, operational, and employee-facing duties within a dynamic and general organization.How you’ll make an impact- Administer and maintain HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.- Process new hire onboarding, including background checks, offer letter generation, and new employee orientation coordination.- Support employee relations by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters to senior HR personnel.- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes,
