At the start, you will also deliver a couple of projects yourself — because you cannot codify what you have not proven here.Over time, your focus shifts from personally delivering projects to building and scaling the competence across N-Ix.Success has one measure: other project managers using proven templates and blueprints to deliver on time, on budget, with GenAI built in and clients who would hire us again. not just the projects you touched.What you will do:First month.Map what already exists: which of our PMs have delivered solution-based projects, what artifacts and processes they use, what actually gets used versus what sits in a wiki, and what you would keep. This is a deliverable, not an onboarding period.First 6-12 months - prove and build the model.Lead one or two solution projects, typically $500K-$1M, as lighthouse engagements. On each, you own:Estimate validation and commercial framingPlanning, project baseline, and scope managementCore team formation and staffing readinessProject P&L;: committed cost and marginAssumptions, dependencies, and risk managementGovernance: cadence, metrics, reporting, and escalationAI-driven delivery and PM process optimizationYou are not expected to own these projects permanently.
