Supporting the Head of Legal:Commercial and Contractual MattersDraft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements and corporate documentation.Provide practical legal advice in relation to contracting strategies, contractual risk management, and dispute avoidance.Promote a proactive legal culture and foster early engagement with Legal on strategic initiatives.Corporate Governance and Secretarial ServicesProvide corporate secretarial supportCoordinate the preparation and approval of annual accounts and statutory corporate filings.Draft minutes, board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, corporate certificates, powers of attorney, and other governance documentation.Support the appointment and interaction with auditors, notaries, registries, and other external authorities.Manage company incorporations, corporate restructurings, amendments to articles of association, c
