EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a large-scale international manufacturing organisation to recruit a Supply Chain Manager for its Barcelona operation.This is a key leadership role with responsibility for end-to-end Supply Chain, leading a team of approximately 5 to 6 people. The primary focus will be Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Production Planning, ensuring demand, capacity, materials and inventory are effectively aligned.Key Responsibilities Lead Supply, Demand and Production Planning.Drive S&OP;,



capacity planning and inventory optimisation.Ensure strong customer service and OTIF performance.Manage supplier performance and support procurement activities.Lead and develop the Supply Chain team.Drive continuous improvement across Supply Chain operations.Partner closely with manufacturing and wider business functions.Candidate Profile 5+ years' Supply Chain experience within manufacturing, FMCG or food & beverage .Strong planning experience is essential.Experience with S&OP;, inventory and material planning.Proven people leadership experience.Hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment.ERP/MRP knowledge and strong Excel skills.Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working close to the operation.
