The funnel is simple:ad → quiz → trial → subscription (web-to-web). The scale is not:40+ countries, 20+ languages,



one of the largest Meta budgets in its category.You will be measured on two numbers:daily subscriptions and cohort ROI— not clicks, not CTR, not platform-reported ROAS. You'll operate with serious leverage: an API-driven build pipeline and AI tooling handle the mechanical work. Your job is judgment — what to scale, what to cut, where the next dollar goes. The bar is high and so is the upside: performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Ownership: Own the Facebook account end to end — structure, budgets, bidding, geo mix — keeping subscription volume high at target CPA and ROI.Scaling & Stability: Scale winners without breaking CPA; keep delivery stable athigh spend and catch problems before they cost money.Testing: Run a continuous testing pipeline — creatives, structures, bidding (highest volume / cost cap / bid cap), placements, geos and langu
