Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end transformation projects within an international finance program, focusing on ERP platforms and connected enterprise apps. You bridge business and IT, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic finance initiatives. You will manage planning, risks, and go-live activities, ensuring smooth testing, deployment, and stakeholder alignment. This is a hands-on, general role that shapes finance processes and transformation outcomes through effective governance and execution.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead transformation projects from planning through delivery and go-live
- Manage stakeholders across analysts, end users, managers, and sponsors
- Coordinate functional, technical, and business teams through the project lifecycle
- Oversee planning, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams




- Support project governance and alignment with strategic objectives
- Participate in ERP-related initiatives, integrations, and connected applications
- Coordinate testing and deployment activities including SIT, UAT, change requests, and go-live planningResponsabilidades
- PM experience in IT environments
- Experience with ERP platforms and enterprise applications
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP ecosystems
- Knowledge of Finance processes and transformation initiatives
- Understanding of testing, deployments, and release management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English
