Experteer Overview In this role you will support clients seeking COA licensing and translation services, coordinating proposals, timelines, and budgets. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of licensing projects and translations. You’ll manage client requests from proposal to delivery, including contracts and invoicing, while maintaining strong relationships. The position sits within Mapi Research Trust, part of ICON’s Commercialization and Outcomes division, contributing to access and use of COAs in research and practice. This is a globally collaborative role with opportunities to improve processes and contribute to client success and knowledge management.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Serve as the primary client contact for COA licensing and translation services
- Prepare accurate proposals, timelines, and budgets based on client requirements
- Deliver high-quality customer service through ongoing communication
- Manage requests from proposal through delivery, including contracts and invoicing coordination




- Coordinate with internal teams to provide licensing and translation services
- Monitor project progress and ensure on-time, quality deliverables
- Participate in client meetings and internal discussions
- Support negotiations with clients as needed
- Maintain records and contribute to knowledge management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support special projectsResponsabilidades
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client services, project management, or another client-facing role
- Experience with COA/eCOA licensing, translation, or linguistic validation projects preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
