We are currently looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals with strong sales skills to join our high-energy reservations team. Your Mission Managing high volumes of inbound calls focused on hotel reservations, including new bookings, amendments,



and cancellations Converting enquiries into confirmed reservations by confidently guiding customers through the booking process Using a sales-driven approach to maximise conversion rates and secure bookings on the first call Upselling room categories and promoting additional services (e.G. breakfast, Wi-Fi, upgrades) to increase booking value Identifying customer needs quickly and recommending suitable options to enhance their stay Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets, conversion rates, and call handling KPIs Maintaining strong product and system knowledge to provide accurate availability, pricing, and offers Delivering a high standard of customer service while balancing efficiency and sales performance What We're Looking For Fluency in both English and Spanish Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills Previous experience in a call centre, sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential) Ability to handle challenging calls and difficult situations professionally Strong listening skills and the ability to ask relevant
