The Cluster Medical Lead will lead scientific and medical communications across the pipeline with particular focus on its lead molecule, including medical communications/education, congress planning and HCP engagement. They will also support Early Access Programmes (EAPs) in and will work with European Medical Affairs team to discuss, review, and implement Externally Sponsored Research (ESRs) aligned to integral strategy.The Cluster Medical Lead will lead and manage the Country Medical lead and Field Medical Advisor(s), leading their strategic deployment and supporting all activities.
