and maintenance logs to identifytrends, optimize daily processes, and direct your team's attention to where it isneeded most.Elevate Quality Standards:Own quality. Act as the ultimate quality controlfor your properties, you know them inside out. Lead weekly meetings with ourexternal partners to ensure that our high standards for cleanliness,maintenance, and brand consistency are rigorously executed across all yourlocations.Execute Capex and Facility Management Projects:Take responsibility forthe physical health of your buildings. You oversee preventative maintenanceprogrammes, execute property improvement projects, and managerelationships with landlords and external contractors.Lead & Empower the Team:Manage, coach, and guide a team ofOperations Coordinators. You are on-site with them, you ensure they have thetools, structure, and support needed to execute their daily on-site tasksflawlessly and
