- Extensive experience in the pharmaceuticals space
- Experience selling IT/software development services and solutions, including Systems Integrator services, offshore/nearshore/onsite models

- Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and close complex deals
- Strong RFIs/RFPs, contract creation, and strategic sales negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and leverage upsell opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
