Experteer Overview In this role you drive HR data insight by owning Workday reporting and analytics, delivering actionable workforce insights for general leaders. You will design scalable reporting solutions, including dashboards and governance, and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to translate questions into meaningful analytics. You’ll blend HR tech, data visualization, and AI to accelerate decision-making and ensure data quality. - Own and evolve Workday reporting ecosystem (custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, BIRT reports) and deliver timely insights for HR leaders.
- Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting across headcount, turnover, compensation, talent, recruiting, payroll, and workforce planning.
- Translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions to improve visibility and data-informed decisions.
- Develop analytics capabilities beyond Workday using Power BI, Databricks,



and other modern tools.
- Design interactive dashboards that combine data from multiple HR and business systems.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate report development, improve documentation, and enhance data quality processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate and modernize reporting while improving user self-service and experience.
- Partner with Workday, HR Operations, governance stakeholders to ensure alignment with standards and enterprise needs.
- Maintain data accuracy, security, documentation, and governance within a SOX-controlled environment.
- Document reporting logic, data lineage, refresh schedules, and opportunities to consolidate reporting solutions.Responsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience developing reporting solutions within Workday
- Strong workday reporting skills: custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, reporting frameworks
- Proficiency in Power BI and data
