In this role you will be responsible for delivering superior Food and Beverage Service and maximizing customer service. This position reports to the Director of F&B.Key; Responsibilities- Coordinating daily pool restaurant management operations- Maintain high standards of high-quality control- Oversee smooth operations in all areas, including the pool kitchen and bar areas- Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction- Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customers- Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations- Support in hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to pool customers,



assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities- Resolving conflicts or complaints from pool and bar customers and employees- Monitoring store inventory activity and ensuring proper provisions- Support Operations Managers to manage procurement/purchasing, vendor relations- Provide effective and efficient processes and strategies to evolve revenues and controls on expenses (generate and manage cost reports)- Support Operations Managers to establish and achieve business and profit objectives – Financial responsibility of the restaurant- Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures- Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the businessQualifications- Proven Leadership skills.- Proven Food and Beverage management experience (Restaurant management)- Preferred F&B; school diploma or degree in service management or related field- Minimum 2 years in a Management/Assistant Management position- Up to date with F&B; trends and best practices- Knowledge of bartending would be an asse
