Experteer Overview In this role you drive profitable growth across Europe by developing new business, executing regional go-to-market plans, and building a strong network of dealers, integrators and partners. Based in Madrid, you’ll focus on Spain and France, collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast and deliver regional objectives. You will engage end-users and influencers, support channel partners, and help expand PTI’s Self-Storage solutions. - Develop and execute regional business plans aligned to sales objectives and Self-Storage growth strategy
- Identify opportunities across new construction, retrofit and technology upgrades and translate market intel into account/territory plans
- Map decisions-makers and influencers to establish PTI as a preferred solution
- Represent PTI at industry events, partner meetings and executive engagements
- Own the new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close with profitable revenue growth
- Onboard and develop dealers,



installers, integrators and strategic partners for scalable regional coverage
- Cultivate end-user relationships and influence specifications with consultants/specifiers
- Support channel partners with discovery, demonstrations, coordination and quotation processes
- Coordinate high-touch support for early installs and market launches
- Gather customer insights and feedback for product localization and improvements
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Sales on launches, readiness and partner programs
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from engagement to handover
- Maintain Salesforce records and provide monthly/quarterly forecasts
- Communicate regional progress and partner performance to leadershipResponsabilidades
- At least five years of progressive B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven experience developing European markets in a multi-countr
