What you will be doingPrimary Responsibilities of Professional Consultant- Analyze and design project solutions per pre-sales configurations and guidelines.- Perform project solution technical modeling, analysis, and planning.- Ensure all technical aspects of implementing the solution meet the project’s requirements.- Report any oversight, error, or omission in the original design by the pre-sales team to the project coordinator or manager.- Complete and deliver all required documentation during and at the end of the project.- Troubleshoot any incident or problem escalated by an Incident Handler due to time constraints or resolution complexity.- Help identify risks and issues and assist in their prompt resolution.- Write and update SOPs, protocols or Best Practices to standardize discovery, implementation, maintenance, or troubleshooting procedures.- Mentor other consultants to encourage knowledge and skill development across the team.- Lead or participate in Communities of Practice to implement learning, innovation,



and mentoring within the Knowledge Management Practice.- Work under the guidance and direction of the Service Coordinator, Project Coordinator or Project Manager.- Document all technical interactions, periodic status reports, informal communications, and deliverables in the operations management platform.- Comply with established policies and processes.- Assume the role of Technical Leader when assigned to a project.- Serve as a Second-Level Support escalation resource when assigned to a ticket or dispatched by the Service Desk.Secondary Responsibilities of Professional Consultant- Maintain organized documentation in the Content Management System for all project-related materials.- Interface with the customer’s liaison without internal coordinator or manager assistance unless strictly necessary.- Assist or assigned in special projects/duties, as necessary, related to the position.Our expectations of youQualificationsTo perform this job, an individual mu
