You will actively participate in data management (employee uploads, shift data, and payroll inputs), incident resolution, and continuous process improvement.We are looking for a highly analytical profile, detail-oriented, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and process optimization, and a passion for improving the end-to-end customer experience in a fast-paced and high-impact environment.What are the main functions and responsibilities of a Client Operations Specialist?- Oversee full client operational processes end-to-end, including payroll inputs,



worker data uploads, shift updates, client modifications, and resolution of incidents.- Design, document, and continuously refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) with a scalability-first mindset.- Detect inefficiencies, repetitive rework, and operational breakdowns, and redesign workflows to enhance accuracy and performance.- Establish, monitor, and continuously improve operational KPIs such as SLA performance, turnaround times, error frequency, and reprocessing rates.- Ensure consistent, high-quality support delivery across B2B clients and end users through all service channels.- Minimize reliance on manual handling by promoting self-service solutions, automation, and proactive communication strategies.- Provide scalable operational frameworks to support Customer Success teams rather than isolated, reactive fixes.- Take ownership of data integrity across key client information such as workforc
