Experteer Overview In this role, you will support dispute resolution for construction projects, focusing on claims consulting and contract management. You will work with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver analysis, prepare expert reports, and present findings under tight deadlines. You’ll contribute to complex disputes in quantum and delay matters, sometimes leading commissions and developing business through networking. This position offers exposure to international projects and a collaborative, high-pressure environment that values integrity and precise analysis.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop and/or review claims in construction and engineering projects
- Implement and develop contract management processes in projects
- Take part in preparation of expert witness reports
- Select appropriate analysis methodologies with guidance of manager, assist in commission reviews and identifying claim strategy
- Demonstrate ability to deliver concise and compelling event chronologies, draft completed sections of Claim Reports
- Review facts,



correspondence and project control records to prepare quantifications of claims and/or deliver forensic delay analysis activities
- Peer review, critique and edit work involved in commission
- Provide real time feedback on work product and other activities to allocated resources and upstream to manager, ensure allocated Commission elements are completed on time and on budgetResponsabilidades
- A recognized degree in engineering, quantity surveying, construction management or similar from a leading university
- Minimum 3-10 years on-site or project construction experience with engineering or construction firms, or a construction claim/dispute firm
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to sporadic travel
- Familiarity with claims and/or expert witness work, or exposure to arbitration processes is preferredRequisitos principales
