Your Responsibilities * Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat * Assist customers with general inquiries,



product and service information, orders, and account-related requests * Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions * Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems * Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently * Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality guidelines * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality What We Are Looking For * C1/C2 level German * English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication * Previous experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, helpdesk, call center, or contact center is preferred but not essential * Excellent communication and problem-solving skill
