We are seeking an experienced First Mate to join a 45m+ sailing yacht operating a dual-season cruising program, with the vessel soon heading to the Caribbean. The idóneo candidate will have previous First Mate experience on a similar-sized sailing yacht, with strong navigation and leadership skills, proven rigging expertise and confident sail handling. Regatta experience is highly desirable, alongside a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards onboard. Candidates must hold their OOW 3000 or Yachtmaster Ocean qualification.
