A beautiful 42m SY is looking for a Deck./Mate to join them in the Med prior to crossing to the Caribbean. This is a lovely, modern classic SY with a private, dual season program and runs with 5 crew. This is a well looked after boat with a good budget for maintenance. Candidates will have prior big boat sailing experience and come from a strong sailing background. The boat has a good family "vibe". The crew are positive and enjoy their jobs and get taken care of. There are basically no toys on deck (paddle boards) solely focused on sailing - the owners are passionate sailors. Moderate owner usage, generally it's only the owner couple, from time to time they might bring friends with them, but not often.
