The company provides SaaS solutions that help hotels and accommodation providers increase revenue, generate more direct bookings and make smarter commercial decisions. They’re now looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join the DACH sales team, taking ownership of new-business opportunities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is a hands‑on, full-cycle sales role suited to someone who enjoys prospecting, running demos and closing new customers within a fast‑moving SaaS environment. What you’ll be doing You’ll own the sales process from initial prospecting through to close, working with hotel owners, operators and commercial decision‑makers across DACH. LinkedIn and outbound prospecting * Managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities across the DACH market * Running discovery calls to understand prospects’ commercial challenges and requirements * Delivering engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicating the business value of the platform * Managing proposals, objections, negotiations and commercial discussions * Taking ownership of opportunities from first conversation through to signed customer * Managing a high-volume pipeline and shorter, fast‑moving sales cycles * Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly ARR and new-business targets * Maintaining accurate CRM data, forecasting and pipeline management * Using sales data to continuously improve activity, conversion and performance * Working closely with SDRs and the wider sales team to develop target accounts and opportunities * Representing the business at selected hospitality events and trade shows across DACH What we’re looking for * Native/C2 German * Previous B2B sales experience, id
