Northrop & Johnson is seeking a Lead Deckhand for a 46m private/charter yacht. The candidate must hold a Yacht Master certificate and be able to stand bridge watch. You will confidently drive an 11.5m tender with triple outboards and oversee deck operations. The vessel will winter in Spain and then head to the Baltic for summer (2027).
