Задачи: * Manage end-to-end recruiting, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance * Coach hiring managers on time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement, and conversion * Improve existing programs and develop strategies to find top talent * Use ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results * Support employer branding activities by attending networking events and e-meetups * Manage the candidate pipeline and identify candidates for future opportunities Требования: * Ideally, 5 years of recruiting experience across different profiles in a fast-paced environment * Experience collaborating successfully with Senior Tech Leaders * Experience recruiting for a variety of Tech roles and levels,
