As an HR Operations support, you will work closely with the HR team on the following tasks: * Elaborate presentations and project documentation with guidance from the HR team. * Conduct research and data analysis to support HR decision-making. * Prepare and update reports referring the processes and KPIs of the area * Lead HR process reviews and contribute to process optimization initiatives, including the implementation of AI and RPA solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. * Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and manage internal communications. * Attending and participate in the team meetings providing the required information for decision taking reasons * Liaise with key stakeholders and support multiple HR workstreams.
