Location: Fully remote in Europe, with visits to the team in Geneva about every six weeks Type: Full-time, permanent About REVIVR REVIVR is a Swiss beverage startup specialised in ready-to-drink electrolytes, developed in Switzerland with a mission to deliver better daily hydration to Europe. Launched in early 2026, REVIVR is now drunk somewhere every four minutes. Distributed mainly in Switzerland, the brand is growing fast in Europe and the Middle East, collaborating with brands like On and Whoop and expanding its range with new flavours. While the brand is scaling through retail partnerships, international distribution and a growing team, we're looking for someone to scale our D2C business as if it were their own company. The role This is an executive role with full leadership over our D2C business. You will own the P&L; end to end, from revenue and acquisition costs to margin and retention, and you will decide where the budget goes and how we grow the channel market by market. As the leader of this channel at REVIVR, you will set the plan,



the budgets and the targets to grow it profitably and successfully, starting with a competitive budget from day one. You will work closely with the Founder in the first weeks to get up to speed, and from there we expect you to make decisions on your own and be accountable for the results. It's a strategic role but also a hands-on one, as you set the direction and you are the one running the campaigns, the tests and the numbers every day. What you will own P&L; and performance * Own the D2C P&L; end to end, with full accountability for revenue, CAC, contribution margin and LTV. * Set target CAC by product and market, grounded in real unit economics, and hold the business and our partners to them. * Own the growth budget and its allocation by channel and market. * Own attribution and measurement, so we know what really drives sales, online and in store.
