Задачи * Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for all positions * Manage top of funnel recruiting including research,
sourcing & candidate assessment * Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers * Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent * Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for our clients * Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening * Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance * Building long-term relationships with potential candidates Требования * Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar * High level of English (spoken and written) * +2 years of experience in recruiting * Team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills Условия * Home Office + set up Offices in Barcelona * International environment * Adaptable working hours * Career path with the real possibility of growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
