In this role, you will provide administrative support across the Student Services area, ensuring efficient operations and delivering excellent service to both students and internal stakeholders Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the department and assigned projects. * Compile and maintain data, reports and records accurately and efficiently. * Support the delivery of departmental services and activities in line with established procedures. * Ensure information is kept up to date and compliant with administrative requirements. * Monitor activities and provide information and support when required.



* Collaborate with different departments to ensure high-quality service delivery. Key Qualifications * Degree in Education or a related field. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills. * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. * Professional, service-oriented and proactive approach.
