About the job SKA Technology Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing technical proposals and quotations, and promoting the company's engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential projects. * Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, developers, and other industry stakeholders. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions. * Prepare quotations, cost estimates, tender submissions, and technical proposals. * Review project specifications, tender documents, drawings, and Bills of Quantities (BQ). * Coordinate with internal technical, project, and procurement teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements. * Conduct customer visits, site visits, product presentations, and project meetings. * Follow up on quotations, tenders,



and sales opportunities to achieve sales targets. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer records. Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. * Preferably 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, project sales, business development, or the M&E; industry. * Experience in tender preparation, quotation management, and technical proposals is an advantage. * Knowledge of ELV systems, system integration, building automation, or related engineering solutions is an added advantage. * Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Good analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. * Self-motivated, proactive,
