Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Machine Operator specializing in assembly for their facility in Queenstown. This role is fundamental to our manufacturing process, requiring precision and efficiency in operating assembly machinery to produce high-quality components and finished goods. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining assembly equipment, ensuring that all products meet specified standards. This is a hands-on position for individuals committed to safe and effective production practices, contributing directly to the company’s output. Key Responsibilities * Operate and monitor assembly machinery according to production schedules and quality standards. * Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. * Assemble components and products accurately and efficiently, following work instructions. * Identify and report any machine malfunctions or product defects to supervisors.



* Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to all safety regulations. * Assist in quality control checks and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Requirements * Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in an assembly line role is preferred. * Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and diagrams. * Good manual dexterity and attention to detail. * Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods. * A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to procedures. * Willingness to work collaboratively within a production team.
