Experteer Overview In this role, you will help drive the evolution of Swiss Re’s Digital Workplace, focusing on intelligent M365 and AI-powered experiences for a global workforce. You will co-lead adoption, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital workplace capabilities, balancing value delivery with security and compliance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate risk policies into technical controls and enable data-informed decisions using Power Platform and related tools. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role that blends modernization with governance, offering meaningful impact at scale. - Identify, evaluate, and deploy new Microsoft 365 and AI-augmented workplace solutions aligned with business needs
- Hands-on implementation of Microsoft 365 capabilities, automation, scripting, and Azure workloads, with emphasis on security and governance
- Leverage data platforms (MS Power Platform, Palantir Foundry)

- Provide third-level support, coordinating with vendors (e.G., Microsoft) and internal teams

- Proven experience managing and developing M365 digital workplace platforms and services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPlatform)
- Experience with security, governance, and compliance controls for M365 workplaces
- Strong automation and scripting skills using PowerShell, Power Automate, AI Agents; familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps is a plus
- Hands-on delivery experience in complex, fast-paced environments
