Experteer Overview As Customer Finance Manager, you enable hospitals to acquire da Vinci systems through tailored financing and advisory support. You will collaborate with capital sales and clinical teams to craft finance programs and quotes that meet customer needs. You drive adoption of system expansions via flexible financing and cross-functional alignment. This role sits at the intersection of finance, sales, and operations to grow the asset portfolio and pipeline. - Advise the capital sales team on strategic customer plans and accelerate da Vinci system adoption with versátil financing options
- Lead customer-facing financial solutions, including leasing and customized programs
- Participate in meetings with hospital leadership to discuss financing options
- Lead training on financing for the commercial team as part of system selling
- Attend business alignment meetings to review program progress and identify expansion opportunities




- Manage a market portfolio and coordinate asset pool management with cross-functional teams
- Support finance presentations for market development events or executive sessions

- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to prioritize multiple transactions in a dynamic environment

- Extensive experience in the financing industry with knowledge of customer finance solutions
- Proven success in a mid-sized international fast-growing company and/or medical/med-tech environment
