Experteer Overview As a Clinical AI Strategist, you shape trustworthy, clinically intelligent AI systems that support high-quality decision making. You work across Clinical AI, Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Business Development to improve solutions and support their deployment with strategic partners. You bring clinical expertise, research background, and strong communication to guide clinically appropriate use and demonstrate trust in our content and tools. This role combines hands-on strategy, validation, and partnership work with a clear impact on patient care and clinical workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, refine, validate, and improve clinical AI systems and decision support solutions
- Contribute clinical expertise to reasoning frameworks, decision pathways, evaluation methods, and real-world clinical decision making
- Lead and contribute to clinical validation activities, including test sets,



safety evaluation, and expert testing
- Translate clinician, customer, and partner feedback into system improvements with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Clinical AI teams
- Monitor developments in clinical AI, evidence-based medicine, regulatory frameworks, and risk management for trustworthy AI
- Partner with Business Development and cross-functional teams as a clinical representative in strategic engagements
- Communicate Wolters Kluwer’s approach to clinical accuracy, quality, safety, and trustworthy AI and its safeguards
- Provide clinical guidance throughout partner/customer implementations to ensure clinically appropriate deployment
- Review clinical content and solutions implementations for clinical appropriateness and support required approvals
- Design and execute clinical outcomes studies evaluating integration of Wolters Kluwer solutions into workflows
