and sales and operations planning (SOP).- Manages Spares portfolio from Introduction to EOL.Crafting a monthly shipment plan for all the relevant factories (optimizing availability within the inventory boundaries).- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads/develops recommendations and provides insight for management.- Coordinates demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.- Works cross-functionally to prioritize backlog.- Partners with general business (Partner Factory/Regional teams) units and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.- Defines and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement actions to address.Education & ExperienceRecommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.- Typically has 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree.- Preferred Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification- Ce
