They're looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to own the finance function for the Barcelona entity, with a clear path to broaden the remit across other businesses in the group over time.Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with group finance leadership, this is a chance to take real ownership of a finance function, improve how it runs, and grow your role as the group develops.The roleOwn day-to-day finance operations: invoicing, accounts payable, collections, bank payments, reconciliations, expenses and intercompanyRun month-end close and monthly reporting, and maintain cashflow forecasting, reporting performance into group financeManage and improve revenue recognition, including project accounting against budget, plus fixed and intangible assetsOwn the finance systems stack (Xero-based) and drive automation,
