The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the DIPC’s legal affairs, providing cross-functional support to the centre’s various departments.RequirementsResearch Field Juridical sciences Education Level Bachelor Degree or equivalentSkills/QualificationsExperience providing legal advice toresearch centres, universities,



foundations or other public-sector entities.Postgraduate or specialist training indata protection ,intellectual and industrial property, compliance, public procurement or research law.Experience and knowledge in personal data protection, particularly the GDPR andSpain’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protectionand Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).Experience and knowledge inintellectual and industrial propertyand in agreements relating to research results and knowledge transfer.Experience drafting and negotiatinginternational contracts and agreements.Knowledge of the legal framework governingfoundationsand their governing bodies.Knowledge of theScience Actand the regulatory framework applicable toresearch activities.Experience in thelegal analysis of funding schemes ,grantsand research projects, including consortium agreements.Experience developing and monitoringcompliance policies and procedures.Knowledge of Spain’s Public Procurement Contracts Act and experience in public procurement.Proficienc
