Position OverviewWe are currently looking for an HR Operations Manager to oversee the Stoïk community in Spain and soon Italy.You will have a key role at Stoïk, working closely with the two local teams, reporting to the Head of People, and collaborating with the Country Manager and the General HR team.You will also work closely with the Finance and Events teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll:Managing the payroll for Spain, and soon Italy.Ensuring our full HR compliance regarding the payroll and any other topics; Standardizing as many benefits policies as possible (e.G. car, administrative onboarding/offboarding, and perks); Acting as the key contact for all payroll-related matters.Daily OperationsBeing the key user of our HRIS; Managing relationships with every social provider of this scope (e.G. Health Insurance, Pension, car rental company, phone provider,
