Your main focus will be on monitoring services, servers and devices – you will join the SMSA (Service Monitoring, Service Assurance) squad, working on managing, enhancing, and implementing monitoring solutions,



both third‑party industrial‑standard software and in‑house developed ones.The top priority for the team is to support mission‑critical systems in an operational state and perform maintenance of monitoring solutions and services.The position involves working within one dedicated team of engineers across several sub‑projects within the client’s organization, including managing both passive and proactive monitoring platforms, supporting pipelines, and reacting on incidents.The work scope is not limited to support and maintenance.
