Key Responsibilities

- Represent the streaming brand with a professional tone, maintaining high standards of quality and service

- Act as a brand ambassador, helping users navigate the latest content features and platform updates

- Collaborate with international teams to share insights and improve customer satisfaction metrics

- Maintain accurate records of user interactions within our industry-specific CRM systems

Requirements

- Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role





- Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece

- Strong passion for the streaming platforms industry and modern entertainment technology

- Previous experience in customer service or tech support is highly valued but not essential

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
