Compliance teams in Europe are drowning in alerts and manual casework just as a new wave of EU regulation (AMLA, DORA) raises the bar; the budget is large, growing and non-discretionary.As a founder, you'll be in the driving seat — launching and leading your own company. We invest in you and act as your co-founding partners, equipping you with strategic support so you can go from 0 to 1 faster.As CEO & Co-Founder, you will be responsible forOwning the company's vision, strategy and P&L; from day zero.Driving customer discovery with compliance leaders (MLROs, CCOs) to sharpen the wedge and reach product-market fit.Building a repeatable go-to-market: landing lighthouse customers, converting pilots into recurring contracts,
