Responsibilities
- Providing friendly and efficient customer support via telephone and written correspondence
- Processing customer inquiries and managing transport orders from start to finish
- Handling day-to-day office organisation and general administrative duties
- Maintaining organized documentation to support regular business operations
Profile requirements
- Good German language skills (required)
- Good Spanish language skills (required)
- Reliability, commitment, and an organized approach to daily responsibilities
- Experience or confidence in communicating professionally with customers
