Senior Director of Clinical Business Development – Europe
Ideal Location: Netherlands, Denmark, or Sweden | Frequent European Travel
At QPS, we help biotech, pharma, and medical device companies bring innovative therapies to patients faster. As a global full-service CRO, we combine scientific expertise, operational excellence, and a patient-focused approach to support clinical development from Phase I through late-phase studies.
We are growing our European team and looking for a Senior Director of Clinical Business Development to drive expansion of our late-phase clinical trial services across Europe.
In this high-impact role, you will:
Build and strengthen partnerships with pharma, biotech, and emerging biopharma companies
Drive revenue growth for QPS’s late-phase CRO services
Represent QPS at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events
Collaborate closely with integral BD, operational,



and scientific teams to deliver tailored client solutions
What we’re looking for:
10+ years of CRO business development experience
Proven success winning complex, multi-million Euro opportunities
Strong expertise in late-phase clinical trials and European regulatory requirements
Established senior-level industry network across pharma and biotech
Strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and client-focused approach
Fluent English required;

additional European languages are a plus
Willingness to travel extensively (50%+)
