Experteer Overview In this role you will contribute to the OneMesh Platform by building data- and AI-powered software that scales globally. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to deliver platform services, UI tools, and AI-enabled applications that support data discovery, governance, and operational dashboards. You’ll operate in a hybrid setup with strong mentorship and a focus on delivering impact for patients and healthcare improvements. Your work will shape how Sanofi enables AI-first software across its digital products.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Build full-stack applications and platform services using React, TypeScript, Node.Js and Python (FastAPI) across the OneMesh ecosystem
- Design and maintain robust REST and GraphQL APIs for data and AI capabilities
- Implement AI/GenAI patterns (LLM, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agent orchestration) and create reusable platform primitives
- Deploy and operate cloud-native apps on OpenShift (Kubernetes) and AWS, using Terraform and GitOps
- Enhance production-readiness with security controls, audit logging, health checks, metrics dashboards, and alerts
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and participate in code reviews, architectural discussions,



and engineering standards
- Collaborate with data engineers, ML practitioners, product teams, and stakeholders to translate capabilities into user-friendly features
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and uphold platform reliability and observabilityResponsabilidades
- Proven experience building software products, backend systems, or cloud-native applications
- Strong command of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Python (FastAPI), Terraform, React, Node.Js, and TypeScript
- Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, RDS, Bedrock), Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and GenAI/LLM application patterns
- Ownership mindset, ability to work across multiple products in fast-moving environments
