Our mission is to drive the transition towards a more sustainable world by investing in and managing sustainable infrastructure, while delivering long-term value to our investors and stakeholders.Our current portfolio includes 40 renewable energy assets with a capacity of 2,048 MW, 343 MW of efficient natural gas-fired power, 1,229 miles of electric transmission lines, and other sustainable assets.We are currently recruiting Environmental & Energy Engineer Intern to work with and strengthen our Atlantica Corporate Resources, S.L team based in the Isla de la Cartujaoffice.Responsibilities- Environmental Permitting: Support the management of environmental and energy permits, coordinating communications and documentation with public authorities, including environmental agencies, hydrographic confederations and industry regulators.- Energy Management & Reporting: Assist with monthly reporting and data analysis related to electricity, natural gas and energy transportation, contributing to monthly closing activities and internal reporting processes.- Environmental Compliance & Audits: Help prepare documentation and gather information for internal audits,



ensuring environmental and energy permits meet applicable requirements.- Sustainability & ESG: Support initiatives related to ESG requirements and the Equator Principles, gaining exposure to environmental and sustainability standards in the renewable energy industry.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with different teams to organize information, monitor compliance requirements and support the continuous improvement of internal processes.Education- Degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related field.Personal Skills- Problem-solving oriented and strong analytical skills.- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.- Proactiveness, self-efficiency, organizational skills, team working, discrete and ethical, initiative and easiness to learn.Technical Qualifications- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (advanced Excel is a must).- A strong interest in renewable energy, environmental management and sustainability.- Competitive remuneration package.- Growth opportunities in a promising and booming industry.- A highly committed, dynamic, and challenging environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
