Job Title: Sales & Marketing Specialist – Medical Device Startup (Mantiscope)
Location: Barcelona, online
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to introduce Mantiscope to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical institutions.
- Identify and establish relationships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and medical distributors.
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and participation in industry events.
- Negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers in healthcare and medical distribution.
- Conduct market research to refine sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications




- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing—preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare technology.
- A strong network in healthcare, hospitals, or medical distribution is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a startup environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with a commission-based compensation model.
